Acceptance of applications for participation in the New Products Showcase «ParkZoo 2024» ends on 09/04/2024.

The terms of participation can be found on our website in the section FOR EXHIBITORS / New Products Showcase «ParkZoo 2024».

Applications for participation in the New products showcase  are accepted only from the Exhibitors of the exhibition «ParkZoo».

The product is a new product if it entered the Russian market in 2023-2024. A new product is a new look / line in the assortment; the embodiment of a fundamentally new idea, etc

Please note that new packaging, minor rebranding, etc. will not be considered as a new product.

You can submit no more than 5 applications for participation.

The text about the company in Russian and English should contain no more than 500 characters with spaces in each language. It should include: company name, country, address, telephone, fax, e-mail address, website address, brief description of products or activities.
The company logo is uploaded in .jpg, .gif, .png formats, in 340x230px resolution.
Placement of information in the electronic catalog is included in the registration fee. Use this additional opportunity to tell about yourself and your products to the visitors of the exhibition!

Instructions for the Exhibitor

Dear Exhibitors!

We remind you that the exhibition «ParkZoo 2024»  is a little more than a month away. It is necessary to check whether all the services that you have planned or are planning to order have been agreed and arranged.

. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the general Terms and Conditions of participation in the exhibition and the basic requirements of the Crocus Expo Exhibition Center.

  1. Exhibitors who have ordered an equipped exhibition area can see samples of stand layouts of various meters in the standard configuration, as well as the improved standard configuration on the website in the section “Documents/Application”. If you want to make changes to the standard configuration, you must specify and write explanations: prepare the scheme and send a scan to Tatiana Shtrak This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for finalization and further coordination. Order additional equipment (Appendix No.3), order improved standard (Appendix No.8). ATTENTION! In case the exhibitor has not submitted and agreed on the stand construction plan by 05.08.2024, the organizer reserves the right to build the stand at its own discretion.
  2. Exhibitors who have ordered an unequipped exhibition area and individual construction of their stand shall order only electrical connection, water supply and hangers through the organizer until 05.08.2024 (Appendix No. 4). Additional equipment (furniture) shall be ordered from the stand builder. All builders of exhibitors who have ordered an unequipped exhibition area must be accredited by BuildExpo LLC and obtain all technical permits and passes for installation.

  4. Requests for services received after 05.08.2024 will be fulfilled only if technically possible and with a 50-100% surcharge to the tariffs established in the Appendixes.
  5. To publish information about your company in the official exhibition catalog you need to fill in the online application form, the link to which was sent to each exhibitor. The deadline for submitting information to the catalog (text of 500 characters in English and Russian + company logo) is 18.08.2024. Placement of information in the electronic catalog is included in the registration fee. Use this additional opportunity to tell about yourself and your products to the visitors of the exhibition. The catalog is placed on the website and is very much in demand by the visitors of the exhibition, who are your present and future buyers and consumers of services.
  6. Based on the information entered in the electronic catalog, access to the exhibitor's personal cabinet is provided.   7. Tickets for the banquet are purchased additionally (separate line in the application form). Participation in the banquet of one representative of the company: 155 EURO/167 USD/1000 CNY. The number of seats is limited, order tickets until 10.09.2024.
  8. You have an opportunity to participate in the New Products Showcase. To participate, you need to fill in an application form in the personal office of the exhibitor until 15.08.24, a separate application is submitted for each product.
  9. You can make a 15-minute presentation of novelties on a specially equipped platform next to the New Products Showcase (pptx or pdf format, 16:9).
  10. For additional attraction of visitors' attention to your products, brands, services, you can use the services, which are described in detail on the exhibition website in the section FOR EXHIBITORS / Additional services for exhibitors.
  11. Don't forget to order the necessary services at CROCUS EXPO: entry/exit pass to the PRR; loading and unloading; stand cleaning; waste disposal, garbage removal; warehousing; provision of unlimited Internet access for the days of the exhibition; connection of an additional IP-address; Wi-Fi access point.
  12. 14 days prior to the exhibition all exhibitors will be sent an information letter with specific terms and rules of arrival at the exhibition, modes of operation of pavilions and other organizational issues.
  13. Please be informed that, according to the rules of entry to the zone of PRR, - the pass to the loading-unloading zone will be a one-time pass (i.e. entitling to one entry to the zone of PRR with the right to stay there for 1 hour for cars, for 2 hours - for trucks).     Coworking on «ParkZoo 2024»

    Coworking is an additional option for companies with a small budget to work at the exhibition.

    ParkZoo offers the opportunity to participate in a Сo-working area. Representatives of the pet industry who do not have the opportunity to present the company's achievements at their own stand will be able to accommodate and work in the common functional space. In the coworking area, it will be possible to hold negotiations, talk about products, new products and sales hits, and conclude contracts.

    It is necessary to reserve a workplace in advance. Workplace rental is also possible by the hour. The number of seats is limited.

    The cost of participation in the CO-WORKING zone «ParkZoo 2024».

    A workplace in the coworking area is considered reserved only after full registration and payment.

    Appendix No. 1 to the CO-WORKING AGREEMENT

    In order to promptly resolve issues in the process of preparing and holding «ParkZoo 2024», ARTIS Expo LLC (the оrganizer of the exhibition) and the participant of the Co-working area may conclude and transfer the Agreement, application and other documents by fax and/or e-mail; a subsequent submission of the original documents shall be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Co-working Agreement. In case the Participant fails to submit the original documents required for participation in the co-working area, including the Agreement, on the day of the rental, ARTIS Expo LLC shall have the right not to admit the participant to participation. In exceptional cases, upon additional agreement between the ARTIS Expo  LLC and the Exhibitor, the Exhibitor shall be entitled to submit the originals of the documents required for participation within 10 working days from the end date of the «ParkZoo 2024».

    The transmitting/submitting party shall be responsible for the accuracy of the information transmitted/submitted, including the accuracy of e-mail addresses. A notice sent by ARTIS Expo LLC to the participant's address provided by the Exhibitor shall be deemed received and taken into account by the participant on the day of sending of this notice. ARTIS Expo LLC shall not be liable for failure to read the information sent by the ARTIS Expo LLC to the participant at the e-mail address provided by the participant.
