INFORMATION LETTER TO PARTICIPANTS OF THE

INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION

"PARKZOO 2016"

SEPTEMBER 21-23, 2016, the "SOKOLNIKI" Congress and Exhibition Center, pavilions 4, 4.1, 4.2, 7A

 

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

Thank you for your participation in the exhibition "Parkzoo". Please find below some information concerning holding of the exhibition.

Working hours of pavilion 7A for participants in the autumn forum of the Pet Industry Businesses Union:

     1. On September 20  from 10:00 to 18:00.

Pavilions 4 and 4.2 will be open for employees of construction companies:

     1. on 18 September from 18:00 to 23:59

     2. on 19 September from 00:01 to 23:59

     3. on 20 September from 00:01 to 14:00

Pavilion 4.1 will be open for employees of construction companies:

     1. on 19 September from 14:00 to 23:59

     2. on 20 September from 00:01 to 14:00

Pavilions 4 , 4.1, 4.2 will be open for employees of participating companies (exhibitors):

     1. on 20 September from 14:00 to 22:00

     2. on 21 September from 08:00 to 19:00

     3.on  22 September from 08:00 to 19:00

     4. on 23 September from 08:00 to 23:00 (exhibiting hours from 08:00 to 18:00, dismantling from 18:00 to 23:00)

     5. DISMANTLING on 24 September  09:00-19:00

The exhibition is open for visitors in pavilions 4, 4.1, 4.2, 7A:

on September  21-23, from 09:00  to 18:00.

Entry and exit hours,  placement of exhibits at the exhibition area:

1. Only on September 20 park entry and exit are possible through the 3rd luchevoy Prosek street by entry and exit letters. Each vehicle shall have a separate letter. From 21.09.2016 the entry is by participants’ badges. An E-ticket does not entitle free entry.

2. Date and time of delivery of equipment and exhibits to the stands: 20 September from 14:00 to 20:00. Unloading shall be carried out in the area of the mounting gates of  pavilions 4, 4.1.,4.2 (depending on the location of a company’s stand). Entry to the loading and unloading area is free.

All permits shall be drawn up in the office of the Director of the exhibition (the passage between pavilions 4 and 4.1 stand ARTIS Expo)

3. Equipment and exhibits move-in shall be carried out by a letter on a Parkzoo letter head  (standard sample is available on the exhibition website /en/: Form import-export_Exhibitor's bench equipment_ ParkZoo 2016  in the section “EXPOSITION”), containing a list of goods and equipment to move in (number of pieces of baggage). Unloading of vehicles shall be carried out after the registration of the letter made in 2 copies at the exhibition Directorate office.

4. On September 20, the move-in day, from 14:00 to 20:00  you can enter the halls through the reception area located in front of hall 4.1. or through the mounting gates of the pavilions, depending on the location of the company’s stand. Entry for stand arrangers on 20 September 2016 is authorized by lists. The list shall be kept by an employee responsible for organization of participation in the exhibition at the company’s stand.

5. The badge lists for staff working at stands during the exhibiting days from 21.09 to 23.09 shall be submitted electronically (before 15 September) in form of Excel spreadsheets only. The submission form is available on the exhibition website /en/: Form Application for registration badges Exhibitors ParkZoo 2016 in the section in the section “EXPOSITION”.

6. Entry to the pavilions during the exhibiting days is permitted by name badges received in advance in the registration area on 20 September according to the lists (see paragraph 5).

7. On  September 20 from 14:00 to 18:00 an official representative of the company can receive an Exhibitor’s folder in the reception area, in front of Pavilion 4.1.

8. The tickets for the Banquet bought by the participating companies will be distributed  on 20 - 21 September, 2016  in the exhibition Directorate office  at the stand "ARTIS Expo".

9. On the day of arrival at the exhibition (20.09.2016) Exhibitors participating in the NEW PRODUCTS ZONE shall deliver exhibits (one sample of each) to the stand of the NEW PRODUCTS ZONE in Pav. 4.2. B9. Responsible person: Tatiana Tishchenko (+7-917-552-77-58)

10. The exhibits will be returned from the NEW PRODUCTS ZONE on 23.09.2016 from 18:00 to 20:00h.  Exhibits left in the NEW PRODUCTS ZONE will be disposed after 20:00.

11. During the exhibition days you can park your car on the parking lot along the 3rd Luchevoy Prosek street. Entry is  free of charge for Exhibitor badge holders. You can also order a pass to the VIP area in front of pavilion 4 in the exhibition Director office. The parking cost in the VIP area is 3745 RUB on all the exhibiting days. The pass requires indication of a car registration number. The number of passes is limited.

12. DISMANTLING will be carried out after the exhibition closing on September 23 from 18:00 to 23:00 and on September 24 from 09:00 to 19:00. The companies that started dismantling their booths before 18 o'clock on September 23 will be fined. The mounting gate of the pavilions will be open only from 18:30.

PLEASE, NOTE! We invite to hold a charity event in the scope of  the exhibition:

"The world is not without kind people! Let’s help homeless animals together!"

A drop-off point for pet products will be organized at the stand of the "Forest shelter" pav.4.1 F7.1. Participants in this action will get an additional 2% discount on the rented area at the exhibition "ParkZoo 2017".

General information about the exhibition:

  • on  September 21 admission to the exhibition is for professionals only by electronic entrance tickets. Not pre-registered visitors will be able to register in the registration area in front of hall 4.1.
  • Registration is strictly required. Transmitting Exhibitor badges to Visitors is prohibited. Transmitted badges will be seized and cancelled. Issuance of duplicate badges is payable (500 RUB a piece).
  • From September 22 to September 23 the entrance is open for both professionals and ordinary visitors (by tickets purchased at the box office, Pav.4, an entrance ticket costs 250 rubles, 50 RUB for welfare beneficiaries/free of charge for children under 12  in case of provision of justificatory documents).
  • On September 20, from 14:00 to 20:00, and on September 21-23 from 9:00 to 17:00 the service center of the Sokolniki Congress and Exhibition Center will be open to provide additional paid services to exhibitors and construction companies. The service center is located at the entrance to pav. 4.
  • On 21 September at 12:00 we Invite all the participants to the official exhibition opening at the "ParkZoo" stand (the passage between pavilions 4 and 4.1)
  •  The activities included in the exhibition business program  will be held in meeting room 1 (between pavilions. 4 and 4.1), in the Calligraphy Museum pav.7, Pav.7A:  on September 20: the Autumn  forum of the Pet Industry Businesses Union, on September 21-23, 2016: The Veterinary Cnference)
