The largest pet industry exhibition in Russia and CIS «ParkZoo 2024» will be held in Crocus Expo IEC from September 25 to 27. It will be attended by more than 300 companies from Russia and China. They will present hundreds of new products for pets, which saturate the growing market and make the life of the owner easier, and the life of the pet - more interesting and longer. These include veterinary diets and special diets to support pet health, grooming products, the most innovative grooming products and devices, smart interactive toys and devices such as robotic feeders and AI-controlled cat toilets, animal accoutrements and clothing made of “space” materials developed by veterinarians and cynologists.
The exhibition for pet industry professionals gives companies the opportunity to meet with retailers and distributors and promote Russian products.
There will be a place for records at the exhibition - in particular, the world's tallest cat scratching post will be rebuilt. It was built in Ivanovo for the Cat Day. The height of the object was 12.77 meters. The achievement was confirmed by the experts of the International Book of Records INTERRECORD, it was entered in the Russian Register of Records. Now the giant tower of claws can be seen at the exhibition. In addition, representatives of the Russian Book of Records will come to the event to record another achievement - the largest bag of feed (over 400 kg).
The exhibition will also feature a Grooming Festival. For the first time visitors will be able to watch the competition, the work of groomers and the most charming pets.

The share of imported products has decreased to 6% in 2023, and Russian companies are actively replacing departed manufacturers - since 2022, more than 350 new Russian feed brands have appeared on the pet market, most of which will be presented at ParkZoo 2024. To accelerate the development of the industry and achieve self-sufficiency, manufacturers of feed additives and veterinary drugs were included in the state support program.
Population growth, veterinary successes and the long life of pets contribute to further growth of the market for animal products and services.
The general global trend of humanization leads to the inclusion of pets in people's daily lives; moreover, they have become part of the idea of a healthy lifestyle. “New HWL” includes taking care of one's physical health and one's psychological well-being, and pets actively help with both.
According to the All-Russian Pet Census - 2023, 56% of families in Russia have a cat and/or dog, and the total number of four-legged pets is 74.8 million. 49.2 million of them are cats and 25.5 million are dogs. Both are becoming more and more numerous.
