Dear Exhibitors, 

Applications for construction approval are now open.

In accordance with the Contract for participation in the Exhibition, the procedure for confirming shell scheme and space-only areas is as follows:

1. Exhibitors who have ordered a shell scheme (equipped exhibition space) must approve their standard stand layout no later than July 15, 2026. Appendices No. 2 and No. 3 must be completed, signed, and submitted as scanned copies. If the exhibitor fails to submit and approve the stand construction plan by 15.07.2026, the Organizer reserves the right to proceed with the stand construction at its own discretion.

2. Exhibitors who have ordered raw space (unequipped exhibition space) and custom stand construction should order only utilities (electricity, water supply, rigging) through the Organizer. Additional equipment (furniture, etc.) must be ordered directly from the contractor responsible for building the stand. Appendix No. 4 must be completed, signed, and submitted as a scanned copy by July 15, 2026.

Please note that service requests submitted after July 15, 2026 will be fulfilled only subject to technical feasibility and will incur a 50–100% surcharge on the rates specified in the Appendices.
