Please note that all documents for the import and export of equipment and exhibits must be completed exclusively in Russian.

Documents submitted in any other language will not be accepted for review or processing.

Key Changes in the “General terms of holding events” for 2026

  • Clause 7.7. The use of specialized thermal equipment for heating and thermal processing of food products is permitted only upon prior approval by Crocus Expo IEC.
  • Clause 9.9. Independent loading or unloading onto/from self-propelled exhibition exhibits within exhibition halls is permitted only with the approval of Crocus Expo IEC.
    A fine of RUB 30,000 (353 EUR / 400 USD/ 3 000 CNY) is imposed for non-compliance.
  • Clause 11.11. When renting advertising structures from Crocus Expo IEC, the production of advertising materials must be carried out exclusively by the Advertising and Information Department of Crocus Expo IEC and is subject to the tariffs specified in the Service Price List.
    Ready-made materials provided by exhibitors are not accepted for placement.
  • Clause 11.20. The release of balloons inside the Exhibition Center premises is strictly prohibited.
    A fine of RUB 30,000 (353 EUR / 400 USD/ 3 000 CNY) is imposed for non-compliance.
  • Clause 13.6. The use of any type of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) on the territory of the Exhibition Center is strictly prohibited.
  • Clause 14.3. Access to the exhibition area for stand builders during the build-up and dismantling periods is granted only via installation passes issued by the General Contractor, based on submitted lists in the approved format.
    From 2026, the Service Center will no longer issue installation passes for exhibitors.
    The Service Center will issue installation passes only for overtime works (early build-up or extended dismantling).

Changes to the “Service Price List”

  • Clause 4.3. VIP Pass
    • VIP parking operating hours: 08:00–20:00 during the event period;
    • The pass is valid for one-time entry only during VIP parking operating hours;
    • VIP parking passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable;
    • Parking after VIP parking operating hours is not permitted;
    • Parking without a valid pass for the current date is subject to payment according to the applicable tariff.
  • Amendments have also been made to:
    • The Letter for Import and Export of Equipment and Exhibits;
    • The Procedure for Import and Export of Equipment and Exhibits;
    • Fire Safety Regulation
    • A set of application forms for ordering services for event participants has been added.
