Services for organizers and exhibitors

Exhibitors order on their own:

- Entry/exit pass to the loading and unloading area;

- Loading and unloading operations;

- Cleaning of the stand;

- Waste disposal, garbage collection;

- Warehouse storage;

- *Provision of unlimited Internet access for the days of the exhibition;

- *Connecting an additional IP address;

- *Wi-Fi access point.

You can contact the service center in advance by writing to the Service Center's e-mail, indicating in the letter all the necessary information: the name of the exhibition, the hall/ booth number, the name of the company, which service and the dates (if necessary and time) of the provision of the service.

Attach company details for invoicing.

You can consult and get answers to questions about the services from the Service Center managers by phone or email.

Services can be ordered directly on the days of the exhibition, provided only if technically possible.

All services and terms are presented in the "Directory of services", which is posted on the website www.crocus-expo.ru .

When ordering a pass to enter/exit the PRR zone, the exhibitor must have the Organizer's mark on the letter to make sure that he is a participant of ParkZoo 2025. Services can be ordered directly on the days of the exhibition, provided only if technically possible.
